The Pic looks Ok, and I can se you gave done this free style, and that is good, that’s how you learn best.
I’m going to find things I can se is wrong, don’t take this personally it's just to help.

First up its the Lines, almost al the lines I can se in the painting is not strait, to fix that just us a line too, all programs have that, its hard to make a line with mouse or tablet.

The perspective is done wrong, I can se you have tried but it looks just like you are using a fish-eye lens on a camera. To fix it it’s a lot of ways, I don’t want to explain, just Google it.

In some places you have used the paint bucket, or most places. You can use it, but you must try out different intensities for the bucket, so you can avoid those white dots along your lines.

You must begin to use layers, it’s hard in the start but it will pay off.
By sketching your drawings first and then fixing them before line and color, your sketch will avoid those major flaws in the finished product.

I can see you have been lazy at drawing things like the stars and the yellow lines on the road, thins like this is a dumb flaw and its easy to fix. People will start looking at the weird looking stars instead of you actual work.

I’m NOT a pro drawer, but I’m doing this because I need to study things like this, and it’s an easy way to memorize easy-made mistakes in case of me drawing myself.
Thanks for your time, and I hope this will be useful.
Regards Axolotl.
Just ask if it is anything.
